Google Day #3
I'm going to be switching from , Creating an App to working on imovie a learning to do cool things. I am switching because making an app is more complicated than what we thought.

Basically pre keyed footage is all about inserting some sort of images that look like effect in to imovie. Creating extra special effects. For example fire , wind , explosions and others! Pre Keyed footage is something that you get from the internet some cost money but their are many that are free. You must sabe these images on you computer and then with the picture and picture i movie effect upload them to imovie and crop them and edit them to make them seem more realistic.

This is a video in which a guy show you some hidden features of imovie. Basically a very important thing you should do is preferences click Show Advanced Options. This way it will show you some really cool featrures. In this video I also learned how to use green screen in imovie and also how to put a video on top of another video.I also learned how to share your imovie videos to other sources like youtube , itunes etc.

This video teaches you how to make some special effects like for example making ut seem like you vanish , making an object apear and little cool thinhgs that you can do. Bascially it teaches you that their are many features on imovie that arent ment to be used as special effect tools , but can be used.

Summarize what I learned : Today I learned a lot about imovie , I learned how to use the greensscreen , how to insert a picture on top of another picture and also how to insert special effects on to imovie.

This page has several jokes organized in many different categories which makes it easier to find them. This link was useful because I was able to find many funny jokes that I could use for my app.
Also it gave me a new idea for my apps about having categories of all the different jokes and how to organize my app better.
This page has many funny short jokes that could also be really helpfull for my app.
It also made me wonder if I could use other peoples jokes for my app or what the policies would be.

In this page the question of "Do iphone apps work on ipod touch", is answered.It explains hat on the app store they tell you what apps work for iphone and what apps work for iPod also says that only some apps that are for iphone work on ipod.Its simpler for the iphone app work for iPod since the graphics and the screen are basically the same size.
This link was very useful! Here they answer my question about iphone app being compatible also on ipad... here an anonymous submitted his answer to it."Yes - as long as they are compatible with the iOS on the iPad. If the app needs 5.1 on the iPod - you have to be running 5.1 on the iPad as well.
The iPod specific apps will appear in half size on the iPad screen, but can be enlarged by tapping a 2X button that will appear in the corner of the screen. However, the screen image will be pixelated and the resolution will not be all that great as a result.

This link was useful because it explains the instructions on how to make an iphone app and for people like that are beginners.It teaches you how make an app from scratch and it gives you every detail that you should know , what will your app have special? why do you think people will buy it? These are very important questions. I wasn't able to answer my question on this page but I was able to learn many other things and answer questions that I could have had in the future , like the tools that you need to be able to develop an app.
even tough this link didnt answer my question about how much time its takes to develop an app it was very usefull. It explains how you can make an app without haviong to higher a developer.Since hiring a developer can be very exxpensive thiis page recommends to hire an outsourcing developer which are cheaper and experienced apps developer team which can help you build and publish a competitive apps, with no programing or coding knowledge required.
In this page many people posted how much time it took each one of them to develop their first app. It explain what kind of difficulties they had while developing and why it took certain amount of time.After reading many of peoples posts I came to a conclusion that for a begginer like me it would take aproximetly 3-7 months.

Evidence for what I learned:
After going to many different sites I learned that developing an app isn't that easy , it takes time patience , professional help and money. I learned that most apps for iphone are also compatible for the ipod and the ipad.I also learned ways to develop and app in cheaper ways , like instead of hiring a developer you can higher an outsourcing developer that is cheaper and also know a lot about the topic.I also found many different sites of where I could get the jokes for my app.These sites also made me realize how I could organize my jokes app with different categories and so people could submit their own jokes to the app.

In this site you can basically search something on google and film it and make a video like if the person watching this video was doing this research on its own computer , you can search about pictures , web books and others on google.
Steps on how to use the page:
1. enter your search items (the subjects that you want to research) in each one of the squares given
2. then on the squares beside of each of your topics select which type of research to want to do for your topic , for example images , books , web search , maps , news etc. etc. you can see a preview of how the reaserch of that subject would look like.
3. then you can select the music that you want to go with your video
4. Then you can see a preview of your whole video and if you like it upload it to you tube putting a title , description and agreeing with the terms.

Digital Nation
- People now a days are always wired. I agree with this because most people now a days are always on technology everywhere , many times they get distracted and get lead away from technology.
- I agree that people can be multitask ed and can develop multi tasking skills because once you practice it a lot your brain can get used to it and improve it more each time.
- I agree that multitasking can be good only on some people because many times a lot of people multi task and believe that they are really good at it but many times they just do things worse.
- I also agree that many people who believe that they are very good at multi tasking end up being really bad at it. Because many times they are so occupied doing multi task that they don't realize how its affecting them and maybe how its making things worse for them.
- I agree that sometimes people spend way to much time on the internet because its something that we see everyday all day , people start becoming to addicted to it.
- I disagree , i believe that Google does make you smarter but only if you use it in a productful way , you learn new things every minute.I agree that to much time on the internet is bad but i also believe that you shouldn't compare it to addictions such as smoking , drinking etc. because this are very different things , problems that can hurt others and affect other.
- I agree that many times the technology does help you communicate with other people that are far away on the other side of the world, but I also believe that many times it makes you get away and distracts you from the people that are close to you.
- I agree that the internet has changed a lot over the past few years , now a days you can watch movies do your homework meet new people all on the internet.
- I agree that people should teach kids the internet etiquette first and then how to use it well and all those things. I believe so since many times when you are young you start using the internet without even knowing the dangers that can be out there like viruses and cyber bullying and so on
- I agree that no a days people just need to be fluent in the internet people need to able to know how to use it well , because that is just the way that the world is now a days , its something that has developed over time.
- I agree that because technology we are used to being able to answer each of our questions on Google and other things , so when we don't have the answer to something we get very frustrated and feel the urge to find the answer imedeatly.
- I disagree with the teachers hacking kids on their computers because basically it is just an abuse of privacy i believe that there are others ways to stop things like this.
- I agree that because people are just so used to doing things online when there comes a time to do something on paper like an essay they are really bad a it , also spelling people become used to spell check and all of those things that just fix things for you.
- I agree a lot with the essay issue that because people on the internet get so easily distracted they forget to connect things they start making some mistakes that they don't even notice like putting the wrong words or writing paragraphs instead of essays.
- I agree that it is a type of "revolution" that is going on all society because we are all a part of it and its changing every , minute.
- I also agree that technology affects your life on everywhere your school you love life the way you spend time the people you meet , the things you learn everything!
- I agree that many times its sad how involved we get in technology and how we ignore people around us that are close of us and we do it without even realizing sometimes!
- I agree that many times games do take you to a different world , but I also believe that many times people get to involved in these worlds!\
- I agree that games and movies help expand your creativity and imagination! Because they show you a new world that help you think more things are possible and expand your thinking.
- I agree that techonlogy develops the urge to connect with different people all around the world you want to be connected with other people all the time since its become si easy!
- I disagree with people meeting their boyfriends and girlfriends over technology and games because while playing games they are ion an other world , a fantasy world and many times they forget what reality is all about!
