Design project day 5,

When we went to the classroom the teacher had already trown away our project...

-What was the biggest problem you encountered? How did you solve it?
Our biggest problem was building our game because it was very difficult since we didn't have many of the tools needed and had to improvise. Also Maria didn't come that day  so it was difficult for Paula and me to complete all of the tasks and things in that little amount of time that we had.

-When did you get your biggest "AH HA" idea? What was it?

Our biggest AH HA moment was when we were building  the draft and we wanted the balls to come back to the people some how . We weren't sure how to do this until we thought about connecting a ramp to the holes where the balls went through this way each time the ball went in to a hole it would come back to the person playing the game.

-Who in your group resisted new ideas the most and why?

Maria , she was very creative and had great solutions for the problmes we encountered and she was always positive about making the game work.

-What doubts did YOU have about the project and how did you overcome those doubts?

we wertent sure if the ball wold really come back to the person , but after doing sevral tryouts and fixing the tiniest problems we realized if worked very well and would always come back.

-Who in your group played "devil's advocate" (a person who questions everything, even good ideas) and how did that help the process?

Paula , she was always doubt ful that something was missing or something wouldnt work and that everything needed some fixing and we needed to add stuff or take out. This was helpful because it made us make the game even more perfect and with less flaws each time.

-What did you learn about yourself, teamwork, and the design process?

I learned that I'm good at teamwork but I a little to much not perfectionist and sometimes that can be bad because it either bothers people or just doesn't get things very well done.I also learned that my friends are very good at teamwork  and they were really patient with me when I wanted to try or do things that they already new weren't going to work. I realized that the design process is very important it really helps you get things organized and make them better.
